Registration

Please read the registration information before registering. Please note accommodation is not included in the registration fee.

Registration Fee covers:

An abstract book
Welcome reception
Attendance at the sessions
Lunches and dinners on all these conference days
Attendance at the conference banquet

All registered participants would receive an update and confirmation email (sent in batches from October 8 to 10, 2019) from the conference secretariat, with their registration particulars and information on the collection of their registration kit. Notes:

Please send your Registration form and Conference Abstract to us by email (icmms@ecust.edu.cn).

Regular registration (including Post-doc): 2500 RMB
Student registration: 1500 RMB

If you have already registered, but you have not paid on time or you want to register on the conference site, you can choose to pay the standard registration fee on the conference site. You can only pay by credit card, debit card or cash.

For Registration Payment:

It should be noted that the conference registration is processed successfully only after the registration fee is paid. Please make sure to indicate "Registration Fee for 13JS" and your full name on the message to the Beneficiary of your bank transfer.

Japanese Participants:

Payment by credit card, debit card or cash at Conference Site Registration.
